Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide. If you grant measurement consent, we may also collect campaign and device information for measurement and advertising attribution.

• Name, email address, phone number, company, city or project location and message content
• Quiz answers and product or project interests
• Page URL and UTM campaign parameters
• After measurement consent: Google and Meta advertising identifiers such as gclid and fbclid, Meta _fbp and _fbc identifiers, IP address and browser user-agent

How we use the information

We use contact form information to review your request, understand your energy storage or backup needs, respond to your enquiry and prepare next steps for a possible technical study or proposal.

After measurement consent, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel are used to measure visits and advertising performance. Meta browser and Conversions API Lead events are limited to accepted submissions from the BESS quiz routes and are used for conversion measurement and campaign attribution.

Meta Conversions API

After measurement consent and an accepted BESS quiz submission, the server may send Meta the event source URL, event time, browser and server event identifier, _fbp and _fbc where available, IP address, browser user-agent, lead context, and the submitted email address and phone number after they have been normalised and hashed using SHA-256. The same event identifier is used for the browser and server Lead events so Meta can deduplicate them.

Hashing transforms the contact values before transmission but does not make the processing anonymous. Meta may use the information for conversion matching, measurement and advertising attribution under its own terms and privacy practices.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your contact information. We may use technical providers for hosting, security, email delivery, analytics and advertising measurement, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, only for the purposes described above and according to the consent choices available on the website.

Retention

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to manage the request, maintain business records and comply with applicable obligations.
