ZTT ENERGRID N3 · 5 MWh BESS battery container

Liquid-cooled LFP battery platform for industrial and MWh-scale energy storage projects.

ENERGRID N3 integrates batteries, BMS, liquid cooling, fire protection and auxiliaries in a container. The DC battery block is combined with PCS, transformers, medium voltage equipment and EMS according to each project architecture.

Storage block for plant-level architecture

N3 is a DC battery container. Project AC power must not be inferred from container energy alone: KES sizes PCS, transformers, MV switchgear, protections and EMS around power, duration and grid-connection requirements.

ZTT documentation describes three-level BMS, coordination with fire protection and PCS, IP54 enclosure protection, flammable-gas monitoring and fire suppression/water-spray systems for the N3 platform.

Plant-level EMS

EMS coordinates setpoints, monitoring and charge/discharge strategy at plant level and can integrate renewable production, market signals, grid constraints and customer operating objectives.

PCS and MV are sized separately

N3 is the storage block. KES defines PCS, MV/LV, RMU/switchgear, transformers and operating strategy around the project. A ZTT proposal prepared for KES for Barcelona used a project-specific 4.59 MWh configuration with a 1,250 kVA MV Power Container; that proposal is project-specific and is not presented as the universal N3 rating.
